DC Universe Online has released details about Update 102 and its St. Patrick's Day event.
First, there are new talents available, including:

Saint Patrick's Day missions are also available. You can explore the Mxyzptlk metropolitan area every week instead of every day. Please note that the rewards have been adjusted accordingly. In addition, "the madman and his gold coins" have changed requirements, particularly with regard to gold coins. Now you only need 23 instead of 22 pieces.
Other patch notes cover episode 36: part two, which includes,
Fixed a bug in the 'Event' mode content chain of the 'Task' menu incorrectly stating that the player would receive the origin token as a reward for CR 276 instead of CR 275.
The event mode status clip has been adjusted to give the player a higher status.
The installation size of the Nintendo Switch has been greatly reduced and optimized. You probably need to uninstall and then reinstall.
